The Franklin County Sheriff's Office releases incident reports in accordance with the Maine Freedom of Access Act.

To request incident reports, please complete this FOAA Request Form and return to our office in person, by mail, fax, or email.

 

Maine Department of Health and Human Services: Please complete this DHHS Records Request Form and submit by email.

​Vehicle crash reports can be ordered online at Maine Crash Reporting or picked up at our office. There is a $10 fee for each crash report.
